Since the beginning of PC Professional in 1981, we have created customer support agreements to meet the business needs of our clients.  Network support agreements are created through a process of assessing your current business requirements, researching the age of the network environment and version of software being used, and determining the technical knowledge of the existing staff.  Service Level Agreements are critical when guaranteed response time is needed and when applications are determined to be mission critical.

As part of every agreement, our clients get a dedicated staff of phone and field support engineers offering network repair, computer repair, and printer repair on support agreements for all critical pieces of computer equipment.  The computer support includes preventive maintenance as well as remote proactive service on file servers.  We will work directly with manufacturers when hardware parts are needed.  Being a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner allows us to have Microsoft support on all issues related to their software.  Our goal will be to keep your business running efficiently by making all mission critical applications available around the clock.
